Jiaren Family was founded in October 2015 with the vision to make a difference. With 50% of the population being women, while less than 20% female becomes leaders in the group, something had to change.

We were shocked by the facts behind the numbers and also became passionate about catalyzing this change. We saw how important it was to have the opportunity to know the female leaders in person, and also learn the reason behind their actions. With deeper understanding about the female leaders, we were able to grow ourselves along with our community to become the next generation of female leaders. As our passion project, we – the founders, wrote featured story and hosted networking events with followers’ help in various of venues. Majority of Jiaren Family’s event were open to men and women, while our featured afternoon tea talk series were only open to female, with an intention to provide a private and cozy environment to attendees to share and learn without any hesitation.

After one year of operating Jiaren Family as an online media and being pulled by the momentum of the growing community, we have grown Jiaren Family into the leading brand for the next generation of female leaders. Everyday our work is inspired by the fact that we get to be the change we want to see in the world.
