Position: Marketing Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Intern)

Location: San Jose, CA

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities:

Manage the public and media relation efforts, including writing press

releases and maintaining relationships with international, national

and local media

Maintain company and event social media account (LinkedIn, FB,

Twitter) and writing newsletters to promote marketing campaign

Monitor and Contribute to the redesign of the Website;

Assist marketing team with market research, collect information and

generate content

Build brand visibility and credibility by planning and organizing event

meet-ups, connecting with entrepreneurs, investors and potential

business partners;

Work with team members to sustain company’s daily management and

operation.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a university program) in

Marketing, Communication, Journalism, related field or equivalent;

Relevant marketing and social medial experience, preferably in

technology, startup incubation, investment, and in particular crossborder

business;

Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills in English;

In-depth knowledge and experience in social media platforms

(Facebook, Newsletter, LinkedIn, etc.), and how each platform used

in different scenarios;

Basic knowledge and experience in website design and maintenance;

Familiar with office-automated software (word, excel, power-point),

Photoshop or other similar alternatives;

A good team player, coordinator and communicator;

Preference will go to someone who has solid experience in media

and/or photographing;

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Position: Business Development Manager (Full-Time/Part-Time/Intern)

Location: San Jose, CA

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities:

Participate in key industry events to increase awareness of the

Company’s brand and favorably position the Company to targeted

clients within the community;

Identify, cultivate and nurture long-term strategic business partnership;

Generate sales that meet or exceed established goals;

Manage sales contract, and monitor ongoing sales and payments;

Participate in and coordinate with company’s marketing campaign;

All other duties assigned by company.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a university program)

In-depth knowledge and experience, preferably in technology, startup

incubation, investment, and in particular cross-border business;

Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills in both Chinese and

English;

Familiar with office-automated software (word, excel, power-point) and

keyword research

Excellent experience and awareness of professional service;

A good team player, coordinator and communicator;

Preference will go to someone who has 1-3 years of working

experience in Chinese government or enterprises;

Authorization to work in the U.S.
