Recruiting Intern is responsible for assisting in our recruiting and hiring process. We seek a team member to assist in processing potential applicants, screen candidates and complete other administrative duties.
The candidate will have a passion for people relationships and have a great communication and listening skills. This person must be a self-starter, team-oriented, have a yearning to learn, and extremely good at multi-tasking across a variety of projects at once.
This opportunity is a great fit for a current or recently graduated human resources student to get real world experience with a growing company.
Responsibilities
Assist in processing incoming applications to ensure candidates meet minimum position requirements
Schedule and conduct phone screens with potential candidates
Provide relevant feedback on candidates to Recruiter and/or hiring managers
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with applicants
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Currently enrolled in local college or university in a human resources or psychology degree program
Previous customer service experience and/or consumer facing experience
Upon consideration of an offer, applicants will need to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to work 15-20 hours a week within a flexible schedule of Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM
