EHUAYU inc. is a new branch of a China education publishing company. The company is located in silicon valley San Jose. We make mobile game apps that helps children to learn knowledge points with fun mobile games. Learning can be easy and on the go with our educational app.

We are looking for 10 junior sales interns (with the opportunity to become partners) to join our San Jose Office. You will be focusing on marketing operation for our apps, as well as be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
